Every modern business is a software business. Some of the scarcest and most valuable resources are great engineers. But other than wringing their hands and moaning about high turnover among the dev team, most companies are not doing much to improve their retention.
We met Kristen Buchanan several years ago and were immediately impressed. As a consultant, she had developed a deep understanding of the challenges that engineering teams faced in bringing new developers up to speed. She decided to take her learnings and use it as the basis of an AI-enhanced SaaS product. She recently talked about Edify and how our software can smooth the onboarding process in this article.
